The main rules of Solar System game are :
- You have to like to spin around...a lot:)
- You have to know the planets of the Solar System (or at least have someone in your group who knows and can tell you)
- You have to asign roles to each player: one is The Sun, the others are planets (Earth, Mars,Jupiter, etc.) each one spinning on a separate orbit
- You can draw circles on the ground, ither with chalk or a stick(if you have some mud) and those circles will be the Orbits on which "planets" will spin
- While each "planet"(player)spins around his/her own axis, they must also move on his/her own orbit around the Sun (you can improvise the speed, according to science or just as you like)
- All players must move at the same time and stand up as much as possible
- The Sun stays in the middle and just spins around itself (or just watches 🙂
Each player must assume a role and choose a planet, before the game starts. The bigger the group, the funnier the game. Once the "planets" start spinning around the Sun in the middle, each kid must stay on his/her orbit and spin, at the same time, without falling. The ones who fall, are out of the game.
The one who remains standing, until the end of the game, will be the winner. The kids will learn about planets, the Solar System, how they move and about all the Universe.Â
This game can be played anywhere, but we recommend to play it outside, so you benefit from everything Nature offers us. We encourage you to invite other players, as the more "planets" there are, the more interesting it gets.
If you play the game outdoors, then you will need to check the weather forecast, before you get to the place where you play. If you play it indoors, then all you need is a large empty room, where everyone can spin freely. Make sure you either wear proper indoor shoes or maybe stay barefoot, so you will not fall easily.
You can choose a Free Plan in order to play this game or you can upgrade to an Explorer or Adventurer plan, so we can send you customized exclusive content, connect you with other community members and suggest various variants to play this game, anywhere.
